Bootstrapped the “living world” pod and “3C’s pod” and set them up to function autonomously with clearly communicated goals
Helped hire and incorporate content design and 3C’s staff to a studio that has not employed those specializations before

Techtree design & iteration
Game loop timing/pacing/”how much copper does a battery cost” tuning.
